It takes nuts of steel to post fat pics, man. I can tell the difference already at 250.
I've been working on weight loss myself. 30lbs lost since Spring '10. Switched my eating habits. More fish and vegetables, say no to seconds and desserts, lots of walking. I feel great, cant wait to see how much I can lose.
